2025 is here and along with the New Year comes another month of activity at the Belmont Senior Center in Butte.  Let's take a look at what's happening this month for Southwest Montana Senior Citizens.

JANUARY ACTIVITIES:

  • Craft Circle with Lorisa will be taking place on Tuesday, January 7th and again on Tuesday the 21st with both sessions starting at 10:30am.
  • Hearing Aid Cleaning will be held Wednesday, January 8th at 10:30am.
  • AARP Driving Course - Wednesday, January 9th at 9am.
  • Tech Nurses - As of yet, no date has been set for January.  Please call for details.
  • Table Trivia or Game Day - Every Friday at 11am.
  • The Belmont will be closed on Monday, January 20th for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
  • The January Birthday Lunch will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, January 16th.
  • Movie Day will be Tuesday the 14th and again on Tuesday the 28th.

WEEKLY HAPPENINGS:

  • BINGO - played every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm.  $1.50 extra for blackout.
  • PINOCHLE - played on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 1pm.  Cost is $1 plus .25 per set.
  • FOOT CLINIC - call for an appointment, (406) 782-8668.  Cost is $15 payable to Peggy Dean.
  • SNEAKERS EXERCISE CLASS - every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 11am.  Cost is $1.50 per class.
  • WOOD CARVERS - meet every Thursday at 8:30am.
  • FRESH CINNAMON ROLLS AND COFFEE FOR $3 - Tuesdays from 8am to 10:30am
  • RIDES TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AND SHOPPING - please call at least 24 hours in advance.  Doctor Appointments are Mondays and Wednesdays, $5 one-way or $8 round trip, times depend on availability.
  • FRIDAY SHOPPING EXCURSIONS are $10, times dependent on availability.
