Music and Radio are two of my biggest passions and I am lucky to be able to combine both in my profession. I have been a professional on air personality for close to a quarter of a century and owe this to being introduced to music at a young age. As a boy I would search the late nite AM airwaves for signals from distant cities and can't believe that I am now one of the radio voices I heard. My hobbies are playing the guitar, poker, sports and gardening.

“Walk to School with the Orediggers” Day this Wednesday
This Wednesday, October 4, is "Walk to School with the Orediggers" day as each elementary in student in town will have the chance to get to know Montana Tech's fine student-athletes up close and personal as they meet at different drop-off points and walk to school together. All students will be given a t-shirt courtesy of the Montana Tech Foundation, the Montana Tech Mining Engineering Department and Horizon Credit Union.

Fall is definitely in the air in Southwest Montana but along with the crisp mornings and imminent snowfall there are many recreation opportunities on our area's roads, trails and campsites. We had a chance to chat with local forester and outdoor enthusiast Jocelyn Dodge and she offered some helpful suggestions for anyone who wants to get outside and enjoy the changing of the seasons.
