Butte’s Belmont Center lists September Events and Activities

September is no time to slow down at Butte's Belmont Senior Center. Let's take a look at some of their monthly offerings as well as some things they have planned especially for early fall. An early reminder that the Bemont will be closed on Monday, September 2nd for Labor Day.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Tuesday, September 3rd - Tech Tips at 10:30.  Having trouble with your cellphone, tablet or laptop?  A session of Tech Tips could be the answer you're looking for.  Bring your device with you.  Also on this date, Craft Circle with Lorisa will take place at 10:30AM.

Wednesday, September 11th - Hearing Aid Cleaning with Maggie at 10:30AM.

Thursday, September 12th - AARP Driving Course at 9am

Tuesday, September 17th - Tech Tips and Craft Circle with Lorisa will both be starting at 10:30AM and at noon, a Harvest Moon Party

Thursday, September 19th - Birthday Lunch at noon. Is your birthday in September?  Celebrate with the other September babies in style with lunch and refreshments.

FUN ACTIVITIES

BINGO - Played every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 1pm.  Cost is $1.50 (extra for blackout).

PINOCHLE - Played on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 1pm.  Cost is $1.00 + .25 a set.

SNEAKERS EXERCISE CLASS - Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10AM to 11AM for $1.50 per session.

WOOD CARVERS - Starts Thursday, September 12th at 8:30AM.

FOOT CLINIC - Available by appointment, call (406) 782-8668.  Cost is $15 per session made payable to Peggy Dean.

RIDES TO APPOINTMENTS - Aavailable by request with 24-hour notice between 9AM and 10AM, $3 one-way and $5 round-trip.  Shopping excursions are available for $10 per trip.
