Montana Tech Basketball is gearing up for an unprecedented defense of their Frontier Conference regular season and tournament championships. They are the only back-to-back-to-back holders of both in conference history and the road to a 4th has at least become a little clearer as the Frontier Conference portion of next season's schedule has been released. 15 Frontier Conference games are on the schedule with the Orediggers meeting the University of Providence Argos, the University of Montana-Western Bulldogs, the Carroll College Fightin' Saints and the MSU-Northern Lights three times each. The Diggers will have the odd game at home against the Argos, the Lights and the Bulldogs.

You need look no further than the brass at many successful engineering, mining and aerospace firms and corporations to find former Orediggers in positions of importance. On the athletics side of things, one former Tech basketball star, Sindou Diallo, is playing professionally overseas. But there is one former Oredigger football player who is making waves on social media and in the gossip columns because of his Tik Tok group and the celebrity who noticed him. Adding to the intrigue, the two may now be an item.
The 40th annual Bob Cleverley 8-man All-Star Classic will kick off Saturday night on the campus of Montana Tech. Kickoff is set for 7 pm on Bob Green Field.
