Surrounded by family, coaches, teammates and classmates, Butte Central's Dougie Peoples officially signed his letter of intent to continue his basketball career at the College of Idaho, the defending NAIA National Champions.

The Southwest A announced it's all-conference and all-state selections for the 2022-23 basketball season and the Butte Central Maroons are aptly represented.

If the past 20 years have proven anything it is that early February is when Coach Brodie Kelly's teams begin to gel and if the past 5 or so seasons have proven anything it is that other coaches in Class A will have plenty to worry about should the Maroons make their expected postseason run.

"Coach Ron" brings passion and a positive attitude to Butte Central sports

Butte Central and Dillon will clash Thursday night in Boys Basketball at the Maroon Activities Center.

The Butte Central Boys and Girls Basketball Teams will be on the road Saturday for a doubleheader against the Dillon Beavers.

Maroon boys return to home hardwood tomorrow night.
