The "Copper King Mansion" has, for years, been a prime attraction for tourists and locals alike offering frequent tours and recently, services as a Bed and Breakfast. It is rich in history and mystery as home of one of Butte's original Copper Kings, William A. Clark. But what if I told you that there is another nearby mansion that may be even more beautiful and perhaps more mysterious? Welcome to the Clark Chateau.

"A celebration of frosty fun and community cheer in the heart of Montana's most charming winter wonderland" is set to take place this weekend in the Smelter City as the 90th Winter Festival is set to get underway this Friday and run through Sunday. Butte Empty Bowls 2025 set for early April
The Butte Food Bank relies on a very special yearly event to fund the food backpack program, one that is coming to the Butte Civic Center on April 2nd, the annual Empty Bowls fundraiser. Every year, the artisans at the Hungry Hill Art Studio create designer bowls that are sold at the event and can be filled with a variety of hearty, delicious soup donated by many of Butte's fine restaurants. Small bowls are $20, medium bowls are $50 and large bowls are $100 and also include bread, dessert and live music. Let's take a look at some of the bowls that have been sold in years past.
