No, there isn't. We all like to enjoy new eateries, and this one in particular has me very excited. Why? Well, one thing I think Butte and the surrounding area can benefit from is a dedicated breakfast joint. I know, I know, there already are a few here in the area, and those are all fantastic. But this new joint promises to bring breakfast and lunch classics to a cozy location.

Chrissi's Diner, a new restaurant opening this Saturday, May 18th, in the old Tillie's Diner building in Anaconda, MT, is sure to bring a slew of deliciousness and joy to anyone and everyone who decides to walk through Chrissiey Collins' doors. Chrissiey was nice enough to have a phone call with me leading up to the doors opening, so I got the scoop on all the tasty details.

Her story is quite inspiring and is a testament to those who strive through dedication and perseverance. Though Chrissiey has 15 years of restaurant experience, her dream was always to own and operate her own place, and when the current property "fell into [her] lap," she knew what she had to do. With a spark of inspiration stemming from her late grandmother, whom she was very close to, Chrissiey turned a lonely, empty building into Chrissi's Diner.
