Our neighbors in the Smelter City are gearing up for another Oktoberfest celebration and it's coming your way on Saturday, October 7.  Discover Anaconda along with the folks from the Copper Village Museum and Arts Center have joined forces to put on what is going to be a fantastic celebration of food, music and, of course, beer.  Lots of beer and lots of it made right here in Montana.  The following is a press release from the Copper Village Museum and Arts Center:

Are you ready for Oktoberfest? Anaconda’s Oktoberfest returns on October 7th at the Copper Village Museum and Art Center this fall. From 10 am - to 4 pm, craft vendors, fresh baked goods, chili, and bratwurst will be inside the Copper Village building. Admission to the craft vendor market is free, while the food is available for purchase.

Then, starting at 2 pm, the Beer Garden, hosted by Discover Anaconda, will open at Friendship Park on the east side of the Copper Village Building. The Beer Garden will feature many breweries from around the state of Montana. Admission to the Beer Garden includes a mug and drink tickets.
