Here’s what’s happening this week at The Covellite in Butte

With another successful Montana Folk Festival behind us, the Covellite at 215 W. Broadway is back in the swing of things this week with some fun events you need to know about.  Here is what they have on tap this week.

TUESDAY JULY 14 - OPEN MIC NIGHT

Aaron Armstrong hosts Open Mic Night sponsored by Ziply Fiber and Townsquare Media.  Sign ups start at 7pm in the lounge and the show will start at 8pm.

WEDNESDAY JULY 15 - FREE MOVIE NIGHT

This Wednesday is the Peoples Choice free movie on the big screen sponsored by Clearwater Credit Union and Townsquare Media.

SATURDAY JULY 18 - EMO NIGHT

Break out the band tees, eyeliner and all of the feelings as Emo Night takes over the Covellite for a night of nostalgia, singalongs and unapologetic angst.  DJ set by SIC will be spinning the emo, pop-punk and alternative anthems that defined a generation.  "From the songs you blasted in your bedroom to the tracks that still know exactly how to ruin your emotional day in the best way possible," is how organizers describe the upcoming evening.  Photography throughout the night by Prologue.  Doors open at 7pm and the music starts at 8pm.  Tickets are $5 in advance and $10 the day of the show.  Advance tickets are available here.
