Butte Food Truck Festival vendors and performers announced for September Uptown Block Party

If there was one complaint from people who attended the first Food Truck Festival last April outside of Collective Elevation on Galena Street, it was that the lines for food were too long.  The food trucks and tents on site were being run ragged with orders from the larger-than-expected crowd.  All day.  Which, of course, was music to their ears.  Well, it didn't take long for word to get out to other area vendors and that is why you are going to find a ridiculous number of food trucks, tents and carts for the Butte Food Truck Festival and Block Party which will again be taking place on East Galena Street centered at Collective Elevation at 34 E. Galena.  Organizer Matthew Boyle has supplied us with a list of the still-growing number of participants which we will list alphabetically:

202 BBQ, Barking Mad Bakery, Big Burd's Kitchen, Big Hole Pizza, Blissful Bowlz,  BW Blacksmith, Charee's Thai Food, Cheddar's Gourmet Grilled Cheese, Crunch Bomb Candy, Dippin' Dots, Extra Sprinkles, Grammy Jen's Custom Cakes & Goodies, Mining City Mud, Myster Epoxy, Mystic Suds 406, Papa Tom's Kettle Corn, Rockin MT, Sip 406 Soda Shop, SKC Teriyaki, Struggling Chef, Sweet Petites, The Frying Saucer, Tumbleco Crafts, Turk's Food Trailer and Wicked Q BBQ.

So, you're going to not only be able to choose from everything from burgers, corn dogs, noodle bowls and tacos to grilled cheese sandwiches, but also ice cream, cake, donuts and sweets, coffee and soda treats and even stuff for your canine companion.  But that's just the food part, which starts at 11am.  At 6pm the Block Party is going to kick into gear with music from Partygoers, DJ Gabba and Charlie Apple.  Admission is free.
