Wildlife officials are warning residents to not keep wild deer as pets as they continue to search for deer wearing a collar.

A whitetail doe somehow got trapped upside down in a narrow trench on a homeowner's property near Plains. A quick-thinking neighbor did what any good Montana neighbor would do, and helped rescue the frightened creature.
