Not only are the wings smoked, but they're also rubbed down with a secret blend of herbs and spices, according to Bourbon owner, Jay Thane. The wing sauce at Bourbon is also made using a secret recipe. I recently tried the wings at Bourbon for the first time and realized that I've been missing out. Every Wednesday, the restaurant offers wings for $1 each.

There are quite a few local restaurants in Bozeman where you can grub on some wings including Pour House, Hail Mary's, Bacchus Pub, and more.
