The Testicle Festival Is Back In Paradise Valley
Montana is a unique place to visit, no doubt about it. From the wide open prairie out east to the rugged mountain ranges in the west, there is no shortage of scenery no matter what you’re into. The same goes for events across the state. You can find everything from art shows and music festivals to ski joring competitions and small town gatherings that might make you do a double take if you’re new around here. One of those events? The Testicle Festival in Paradise Valley.

If you have never heard of it, you are not alone. But if you know, you know. This year marks the 10th annual celebration at The Old Saloon, and it is set for May 24. It is one of those events that ends up being a story you tell later, whether you planned on it or not.
The day is packed with live music starting in the afternoon, along with games, dancing, and plenty of food and drinks. Yes, that includes the well-known Rocky Mountain oysters that tend to get people talking.

What makes it even better is that it is not just about having a good time. Part of the proceeds go toward supporting the Testicular Cancer Foundation, so there is a meaningful cause behind all the fun.

The Hell's A-Roarin' Horse Drive
The Hell’s A-Roarin’ Horse Drive happens every Memorial Day weekend in Gardiner, Montana, as hundreds of horses are driven from the rodeo grounds up to the mountain town of Jardine. Hosted by Susan and Warren Johnson of Hell’s A-Roarin’ Outfitters, this Western tradition honors veterans and supports them in a meaningful way. All net proceeds from the event’s live auction go toward purchasing Action Trackchairs—custom, all-terrain wheelchairs that help disabled veterans regain their freedom and access to the outdoors. It’s a powerful mix of community, heritage, and heartfelt purpose.
