The Butte Silver-Bow County Fair is coming up July 27th through the 29th at the Original Mine Yard.

Yes, you read that correctly, everything will be held at the Original Mine Yard... it’s going to be awesome.

We will give you all the details surrounding the three days of the Fair shortly, but first, we must talk about the headlining concert.

On Friday night (July 28th) at 7 pm, Priscilla Block will be on the Original Stage. In three short years, Priscilla has already been nominated for two Academy of Country Music Awards and has had a song go to the top of the charts. Not bad for an artist that was ‘discovered’ on TikTok.

Priscilla has one of those stories you just couldn’t make up, get this:

In 2020 Priscilla wrote the song “Just about over you” after running into an old boyfriend. She posted a video on her TikTok of her singing it. It exploded. A fan of her TikToks started a GoFundMe to get the song recorded. Because of the GoFundMe, Priscilla was able to record the single. The song went to the top of the streaming charts. At this time, Priscilla was unsigned. As you can imagine there was a frenzy to sign this incredible talent.

According to Block herself, her music doesn’t “commit to one sound or genre of music.” “It’s a little sass, a little trash, and a little sad”

That song that got her started on TikTok three short years ago has now gone platinum.

Her major label debut album, “Welcome to the Block Party” was released in 2022 to critical acclaim and was included in the New York Times list of Best Albums of 2022.

This is a show you won’t want to miss, Tickets go on sale Friday June 2nd HERE. You can also learn more about Priscilla via her WEBSITE, (as well as another link to Butte tickets, via her tour link)

We look forward to seeing you at the Fair.
