Butte's Thanksgiving Weekend entertainment scene is definitely alive and the Covellite Theater is jumping with activity as we head into the Holiday Season.  Here's a look at what's happening.

WEDNESDAY - FREE MOVIE NIGHT

Wednesday's free movie is being presented in collaboration with the Butte Native Wellness Center and the BSB Public Library as they screen 2007's historical drama, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee.  The evening gets underway at 6:30pm with an educational talk  featuring Terryn Williamson and Tiela Gray who will offer thoughtful perspectives in celebration of Native American Heritage.  There will also be a round of movie trivia with Shari Curtis before the screening of the film at 7pm.  Doors open at 6pm, free popcorn is available and donations are more than welcome.

FRIDAY - BLACK FRIDAY GOTH NIGHT

Dress your darkest and celebrate Black Friday at the Covellite with live music from Sun Occulter, DJ (SIC) and also a photo booth from Prologue Photography.  Expect a heavy atmosphere, pulsing beats and dark glamour.  Doors open at 7pm, showtime is 8pm, tickets are $8 in advance and $15 the day of the show.  Get yours now by clicking here.

SATURDAY - THANKSGIVING BREAK BASS MUSIC

Saturday's show is for those 18 years of agae and older and will feature JIQUI and many local and regional bass artists, presented by Not Sure Productions on a Funktion One sound system and an incredible LED wall from Spectra.  The visuals and audio are going to be tremendous but please wear ear protection, which will be provided.  Yes, it's going to be that loud.  Be ready.  Get your tickets here. Doors open at 7:30pm and showtime is set for 8:30pm.
