
Maroons post weekly athletic slate
As we roll into the first week of May the Butte Central Maroons are rolling into the final weeks of spring sports. Here is where the Maroons will be in action this week.
TUESDAY, MAY 5
- Butte Central's track & field teams will be competing in a triangular hosted by the Butte High Bulldogs with Missoula Sentinel. Events will begin at 3:30pm at East Middle School.
- The Maroons baseball team will head south to visit the Dillon Beavers. The varsity game in Dillon begins at 3pm and the JVs will follow at 5pm.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 6
- Butte Central's softball team will be hosting the Corvallis Blue Devils at Stodden Park Field #2. The varsity contest will start at 3pm and the JVs will play at 5pm.
THURSDAY, MAY 7
- Thursday is a busy day for tennis as the Maroons host a pair of matches at Stodden Park. The Maroons will take on the East Helena Vigilantes at noon and the Stevensville Yellowjackets at 3pm.
- Butte Central Baseball will celebrate Senior Night as they host the Florence Falcons at 3 Legends Stadium at Copper Mountain Park. The varsity contest will get underway at 3pm and the JVs will get it on at 5pm.
SATURDAY, MAY 9
- Butte Central's track & field teams will be competing in the Dillon Meet with events getting underway at 10am.
- The Maroons softball team will head to Corvallis taking on the Blue Devils with the varsity contest at noon and the JV game at 2pm.
- The Butte Central baseball team will be playing the Lone Peak Bighorns at Medina Field in Belgrade. The varsity contest is set for noon and the JV game at 2pm.
