Referred to as "Sully" throughout my youth, I contemplated using it as an "on-air" name. Needless to say this never happened, but it's still fun to mention and there's still time! As a graduate of the University of Montana, I first ventured my way onto the air waves as a television reporter. Not long after, I dove into the radio industry. I enjoy media as a career and the potential it has to inform and support the community. Other than consume comfort food nightly, I do have some hobbies. I'm a huge fan of forensic documentaries, chick flicks and mobster movies (I don't understand the combination, either) Plus, I love concerts! Rock, country, jazz, classical, reggae, alternative, electronic, R&B, hip-hop, rap, folk...pick the genre and I'm there! I especially love outdoor concerts and another great love I have of the outdoors, involves long walks with my incredible dog and the occasional human. For many years now, I have tested the waters as a performer in live, local theatre, and whether it be studio artwork, ballet, jazz or modern dance, I'm a big supporter of the arts. As for sports and no matter the level, I'm a huge fan of basketball, track & field and baseball. Any or all of the above, of course, is only important and possible with the bond of family and friends. Here's to those special bonds for everyone.

Decades Later Reminiscing about Songs Played at Tourney Time
In reminiscing about that trip to Zoo Town back in 1981, I recall how our rowdy crew and a host of others were definitely there to support the Heads, but with a hint of "partying" on the brain. We were in good company with a soundtrack of songs that we all knew by heart and played as the backdrop to our dazed weekend or that we all sang in harmony in the back of our friend Patty's car. See, back in the day, only three out of a pack of 14 friends I ran with had cars. Unlike today, It was unheard of for everyone to have a vehicle in the early 80s, or at least where I grew up. Nonetheless, the cassette player in Patty's car was all we needed that weekend. Well, that...and boys...and directions to the next party! And yes, even before the term "designated driver" became a thing in the nation, Patty was all about it! She always rocked and still does!
